ProCharge Lemonade
A refreshing protein-packed lemonade — perfect for hot days or post-workout hydration. Light, tangy, and loaded with 40g of protein.
• 1 bottle ProCharge® Lemon Lime
• 8 oz cold water
• Ice cubes
• 1 fresh lemon slice (optional)
• Fresh mint leaves (optional)
1. Fill a glass with ice cubes.
2. Pour in the cold water.
3. Add the entire bottle of ProCharge® Lemon Lime.
4. Stir gently to combine.
5. Garnish with a lemon slice and mint leaves.
For a sparkling version, use cold sparkling water instead of still water. The carbonation adds a refreshing fizz that makes this feel like a premium mocktail.

• 1 bottle ProCharge® Fruit Punch
• 6 oz coconut water
• Ice cubes
• 1 orange slice (optional)
1. Fill a glass with ice.
2. Pour in the coconut water.

4. Stir and garnish with an orange slice.

• 8 oz sparkling water
• Ice cubes
• Fresh mint sprig (optional)
1. Fill a tall glass with ice.
2. Pour in the sparkling water.
3. Slowly add the ProCharge® Black Cherry.
4. Stir gently and top with a mint sprig.

Protein Iced Coffee
