Return & Refund Policy

At ProCharge Inc., we stand behind the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
- Return request submitted within 30 days of delivery
- Product is unused, unopened, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase provided (order number or receipt)
Due to the consumable nature of our product (dietary supplement), we cannot accept returns of opened or partially consumed bottles for hygienic and safety reasons, unless the product is defective.
2. Defective or Damaged Products
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you. Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging

Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. Do not send products back without return authorization.
4. Refund Process
- Approved refunds: Processed to original payment method within 5–10 business days
- Partial refunds: May be granted if product shows signs of use
- Refunds do not include original shipping costs, unless the return is due to our error
Your bank may take additional time to process and post the refund.
5. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange unopened products for a different flavor within 30 days. Contact us at Business@prochargeprotein.com. Subject to availability.
6. Return Shipping
- Customer-initiated returns: Customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Defective/incorrect orders: ProCharge Inc. covers return shipping.
We recommend trackable shipping. ProCharge Inc. is not responsible for items lost in return transit without tracking.
7. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed products (unless defective)
- Products returned after the 30-day window
- Items purchased through unauthorized third-party sellers
