All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) after payment confirmation.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day. During promotional events or high-demand periods, processing may take an additional 1–2 days.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

ProCharge® currently ships within the continental United States only.

Delivery times are estimated from the ship date, not the order date. Actual delivery may vary based on carrier and destination.

Free standard shipping is available on all bundle orders (4+ bottles), including the Discovery Pack, 7-Bottle Bundle, and 21-Bottle Bundle.

Free shipping applies to standard delivery within the continental U.S. only. Expedited shipping upgrades may still incur charges.

ProCharge® does not currently ship internationally. We are exploring options to expand our shipping coverage in the future.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Use the Track Your Order tool at the top of this page to check your delivery status.

If your tracking number does not show any updates within 48 hours of receiving your shipping confirmation, please contact us and we'll look into it.

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered received. ProCharge® is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered after the carrier confirms delivery.

If your tracking shows no updates for 7+ business days, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it.

We recommend using a secure delivery location or providing special delivery instructions at checkout to avoid issues.

ProCharge® is shelf-stable for up to 24 months unopened and does not require refrigeration. Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Our stability has been verified through accelerated testing at 40°C/75% RH by Daane Labs (Report BALA-25DL00236).

Important: Do not mix ProCharge® with dairy products.
